Queropagar
People in debt want to settle it, but they get stuck on the payment slip, the collection call or the offer they can't afford. Queropagar puts the negotiation in the debtor's hands and shows the company where each portfolio stalls.

Two sides, one product
The same prototype shows both ends with a “View as company / debtor” toggle. That way, every interface decision was tested from both sides at once.
On the company side, each portfolio has its own funnel (contacted, visited, negotiating, agreement, paid), the point where it stalls, the channel that converts best and the suggested action. On the debtor side, there are three steps: choose, pay, done.

Decisions that matter
Collections touch money, legal issues and shame. Every screen was designed to reduce friction without hiding the rules.
- Diagnosis that becomes action
- “Drop-off at the payment slip” comes with “switch the slip to Pix”.
- Debts together
- Debtors combine outstanding debts into a single agreement, with a growing discount.
- Visible rules
- Discount changes flag their legal impact and are logged for audit.
- Trust
- LGPD and traceable access in plain sight, not hidden in the footer.
Result
A clickable prototype covering the back office, collections CRM, multichannel cadence and debtor portal.
The negotiation journey came down to three steps, with the offer and the savings visible from the first screen.
